About Pareesha
After graduating with a degree in journalism, I traveled for two months in India, visiting family around the country and spending 10 days with a Human Trafficking organization called Odanadi (in Mysore, Karnataka). When I came home, I realized that I still didn't know what exactly I wanted to do, so I began to explore different career paths and scoured job listings.I realized that while being unemployed and stuck at home, sometimes the only thing that got me up and running every day was the idea of cooking (and/or eating) something delicious. To utilize my passions of cooking (and eating!) and writing, I started this blog. It's designed to inspire you, my friends and family.
About Pinot & Profiteroles
I named my blog Pinot & Profiteroles because I'm a fan of good wine and I can't live without dessert.Food is something I relate to family and good friends. As you make any of my dishes on my blog, I would ask that you do it for and in good company. Food is meant to bring people together!
